The Legacy Commons retail development is bringing revitalization to an area of Willmar, MN that was in need of new development. The scope of this project included soil corrections and paving, providing Duininck with the opportunity to work with Marcus Construction as the general contractor on a project that furthers revitalization to the Willmar area.
Dan Gafkjen, Grading Operations Manager for Duininck, noted that Marcus is “the same company we’ve worked with elsewhere. We are familiar with them and have a good working relationship.” Duininck has a team approach to business partnerships, seeking to build strong communities.
