Internship Program Develops Young Leaders
Summer 2021
The Duininck Internship Program introduces ambitious young people to Duininck’s culture, business, working environment and most importantly, people. It provides an opportunity for interns to gain new skills by working and learning with an assigned mentor from our Duininck team.
Our primary goal is to provide interns with real-world, hands-on experiences that can help them learn and grow into a new career. We also want to find and nurture future Duininck team members and leaders. The internships are paid and most commonly scheduled during the three months of summer.
Spence Evans was a 2021 summer intern. Evans is attending North Dakota State University for Construction Project Management. When reflecting on his internship experience, he shares, “It’s nice to come to work every day and learn something new. I’ve learned so much and I think this will be a potential company to work for when I’m done with school.
